Advertisers can cancel their scheduled ad campaigns through the Ad Management dashboard. If a campaign is cancelled before it starts, the remaining budget will be retained as a non-withdrawable advertising credit balance or refunded to the original payment method upon explicit request.
Refunds are processed under the following circumstances:
Any budget already consumed for impressions, clicks, or video views is strictly non-refundable. Service fees, once consumed, are also non-refundable.
To request a refund, please email support@vayugai.com with your Transaction ID. Once approved, refunds are initiated within 5-7 working days and credited back to the original payment method (Card, UPI, or Bank Account).
In case of duplicate payments, the extra amount will be automatically refunded within 72 hours without requiring a manual request.
Vayug provides digital advertising services. There are no physical goods involved, and thus no shipping is required. Ad credits or campaign activations are delivered instantly upon successful completion of the payment transaction. Users will receive an automated confirmation email and see the updated advertising credits in their dashboard immediately.
